well i had some spare time and started to trow some polys at the 337 again.. let's see what happens next

in a SEPARATE FILE and MAKE SHURE YOURE WORKING ON IT BEFORE HIT
CTRL+S... well i lost the texturized last .max so i have to re-text everything again

the good is, i solved some accumulative errors and details.. so re-mapping is very precise now
